Advisory services and training programs are governed by separate written agreements (Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Training Agreements, or Federal contracts). These Terms do not constitute a service agreement.

5.2 Proposals and Quotes

All proposals, quotes, and pricing information are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw proposals based on changing requirements or market conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Separate contract terms govern Federal engagements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
