Founder & Principal
Shawn Dewey is the Founder and Principal of ProcessFlow Innovations LLC. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across enterprise transformation, project and portfolio governance, Lean Six Sigma, operational performance, organizational change, and executive decision support.
He has led enterprise PMO governance across a 22-organization healthcare system, provided executive oversight of more than 110 strategic and operational initiatives, and directed complex healthcare, readiness, logistics, facilities, and acquisition efforts representing more than $12 million in managed investments.
Before founding ProcessFlow Innovations, Shawn delivered approximately 10 years of embedded management consulting support within Navy Medicine as a Senior Business Consultant with NOVACES. His work included enterprise PMO leadership, Continuous Process Improvement deployment, performance management, executive governance, Lean Six Sigma capability development, process optimization, and AI-enabled reporting and analytics.
That experience led to the development of the Execution Optimization Framework™ (EOF™), ProcessFlow Innovations' proprietary execution architecture integrating project governance, process optimization, change adoption, and performance management into one unified system.
Directed enterprise PMO governance across 22 healthcare organizations, overseeing more than 110 strategic, operational, and Continuous Improvement initiatives while improving leadership visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
Designed and launched a Continuous Process Improvement capability for a 2,600+ employee healthcare organization, training 112 practitioners, governing 117 completed projects, and establishing long-term sustainment mechanisms.
Led complex healthcare readiness initiatives involving staffing, facilities, information technology, logistics, process redesign, and executive stakeholder alignment, including an initiative that produced a 14% short-term readiness improvement within one month.
Led equipment, logistics, storage, tracking, and distribution modernization involving more than $7 million in purchases and facilities upgrades, increasing production capacity by 50%.
Applied generative AI and portfolio analytics to automate reporting workflows, generate executive products, and reduce reporting cycle times by approximately 30–35%.
